Prepayment rules

Patients who systematically miss their appointments without valid reasons, as well as those who confirm their visit one day before but fail to come at the scheduled time, will only be admitted to the clinic with a 50% prepayment.

We kindly ask for your understanding of these rules, as disorganization is not a valid reason for missing a pre-arranged appointment.

Failure to attend scheduled visits deprives us of the opportunity to provide timely medical care to patients in urgent conditions.
